What is GalleyGo?

GelleyGo lets you order food and drinks directly from participating venues using our app. Simply scan the venue QR code or use your location to discover nearby venues, browse their menus, and place orders securely.

Orders are prepared and fulfilled by the venue itself.


How do I place an order?

  1. Scan the venue QR code or tap Use my location

  2. Select a venue

  3. Browse the menu

  4. Add items to your cart

  5. Checkout securely

Your order is sent directly to the venue.


Do I need to create an account?

No.

You can order without creating an account. A temporary session is created automatically for your visit.


Why does the app ask for my location?

Location is only used to:

  • Show nearby venues

  • Calculate distance

  • Improve discovery

Your location is not stored, tracked, or shared.

You can always use QR scanning instead.


How are payments handled?

Payments are processed securely using Stripe.

GalleyGo never stores your card details.

All transactions are encrypted and handled by Stripe’s certified payment systems.


Who prepares my food?

Each venue prepares and fulfils its own orders.

GalleyGo provides the ordering platform only.

If you have questions about preparation, allergens, or availability, please contact the venue directly.


What if a venue is closed?

You can still browse venues and menus when closed, but ordering is only enabled during opening hours.

Opening times are shown inside the app.


I’ve placed an order — what happens next?

Your order is sent instantly to the venue’s system.

They receive it on their in-house ordering screen and begin preparation.

Collection or delivery instructions depend on the venue.


Can I cancel or change an order?

Once submitted, orders are sent directly to the venue and usually cannot be changed.

If you need help, contact the venue as soon as possible.


I had a problem with my order

Because venues fulfil orders directly, any issues (missing items, delays, quality concerns) should be raised with the venue first.

If payment was taken incorrectly, you can also contact Go Network support.


Is my data safe?

Yes.

We only collect what is required to run the service (such as session tokens and order details).

We do not sell user data.

Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.


How do venues join GalleyGo?

Venues are onboarded directly by Go Network and provided with QR codes and in-house ordering systems.
