GalleyGo™ (“we”, “us”, “our”) is part of Go‑Network. By using the GalleyGo website or mobile app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order or accessing any part of our platform.
1. Using GalleyGo
GalleyGo provides a platform that allows you to browse menus, place food and drink orders, and receive delivery to your berth at participating marinas. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
You agree that all information you provide — including your name, contact number and berth details — is accurate and up to date.
2. Orders & Payments
When you place an order through GalleyGo, you are purchasing directly from the participating in‑house venue. Prices, menu items and availability are set by each venue.
Payment is taken at the time of ordering. Refunds or adjustments are handled by the venue fulfilling your order.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on venue workload, weather conditions or marina access.
3. Location & Image Data
If you choose to use GPS search, you grant permission for the app to access your device’s approximate location. This is optional and controlled by your device settings.
If you upload images to the website or app, you acknowledge that embedded metadata (including GPS location data) may be extracted for security, fraud prevention or service optimisation.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to interfere with the service, submitting false information, or engaging in behaviour that disrupts participating venues or marina operations.
5. Service Availability
We may update, modify or temporarily suspend parts of the platform for maintenance or improvements. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third‑party providers, network issues or venue availability.
6. Third‑Party Venues
GalleyGo connects you with independent in‑house marina venues. We are not responsible for:

Delivery quality

Menu accuracy

Allergens or dietary information
Any issues with your order should be raised directly with the venue.
7. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, content and platform features are owned by Go‑Network unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify or distribute any part of the service without permission.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GalleyGo is not liable for:

Losses resulting from incorrect berth information

Delays or failed deliveries

Issues caused by third‑party venues

Device or network failures
Your use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk.
9. Account & Data
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Our use of your data is governed by the GalleyGo Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated version.
